@tvrock once price holds above a 62% Fib for a couple of days ( in this case 10c).. we take the range of the down trend we are measuring from and add it to the top of that same trend..ie 12c down to 7c is a 5c range..add 5c to 12c gives a target of 17c...it might not happen over night but it will happen.
