I agree. The board knows what it wants here. A legit company. The prospectus makes it very clear that this is a genuine shot at a big mining company. There was no 0.1 cent shares issued to directors and insiders, the directors fees are modest. The only guy paid comparatively handsomely is the one who came from a $2.5b behemoth (RRL) as their Chief Geologist. They aren't here to raise capital and mess around in the long run.
