I don't think things would be that friendly.
Creasy and Wilson have persisted for so long, obviously convinced there should be multiple Nova style deposits.
The leverage for both, even with Creasy's holding, is to keep LEG as an individual entity.
Any favours for IGO would threaten the existence of this leverage through a cheap takeover.
