    Well they need cash in a hurry they have sold our legacy shares!!!

    Molopo advises that it has sold its 6,180,000 shares in Legacy Oil & Gas Inc (TSX:LEG) for total net proceeds of ~C$71.7 million. The transaction is expected to settle on 3 February 2012.
    Molopo confirms that there is no additional tax liability in respect of the sale of the shares. It is expected that Molopo will be entitled to a tax benefit as a result of the sale which may be used to offset future gains
