I think you're right about that HotRods65, and I'd say that NMDC may be glad they didn't go ahead with Tunisia, given the political instability now. Wonarah is politically and geographically a much better choice, and has the size deposit they would be looking for for long term investment in development.
Good point regulator, but it goes to show that the consortium was willing to spend big for the right project. It remains to be seen how much NMDC is prepared to spend on it's own for half of Wonarah or MAK in total.
