Z, i'm comfortable with those aspects and the positive intent is encouraging for the future of the company. It is a good step for commencing as an explorer. The drawback is that all the discussion has been about near production assets - these could be great assets, i hope so for you, but won't do much for small shareholders in the near term.
The binding aspect is sensibly conditional on actually finding something.
