10.98 is still undervaled by as much as $6. It will go alot higher if the europeans can get their act together. It could end up being worth our whole market cap.
I don't know if you follow them but they released an announcement in Dec. They are producing more oil than forecast by 500 bpd. Doesn't seem much but when you add it up over the whole year and consider their market cap it is almost a small dividend.
