so if the Legacy SP is up to C$11.53 - thats 6.18m x $11.53 = $71.26m or C29c per MPO share. (246m MPO shares).

at C$1= A$0.9544 then the Legacy s/h is now worth Approx A$0.28c per MPO shares

(for every C$1 Legacy SP increases, it adds 2.4c value to EACH MPO share !)

So of the 61c cm SP, 28c of that is Legacy holding.

then at end Sept Qtr MPO had cash of A$60m = A$0.24c /ps

so that leaves 28c + 24c = 52c less 61c sp = 9c market value for all of Nth American assets plus Qld and SA assets!

9c !

even if Qld is sold for just $40m say - thats still 16c p/s ! at $62m book value its 25c p/s!

so if you bought MPO today,when MPO sell Qld assets, you get all the value of the producing/expl Nth American assets and the Quebec shale acreage for NUTHIN!

its got to be good bet.
