This is a very significant announcement for LCY in my opinion.
LCY will ultimately become a major purchaser of other Australian LARGE SCALE BULK commodity projects.Meaning that the SP should reach significant levels (well above the current SP)in the process as it scales up.The money will be behind LCY via the 50% shareholding of NMDC to achieve this status.
