LockyKaren, I have seen this before but can't recall on which stock.
Similar scenario with a small cap and a major player, where they agreed on a market value at a specific date.
Market price was agreed by an independent valuer.
If we get a similar deal I will be jumping for joy because as far as I'm concerned just Mt Bevan should be worth close to 35c. Add to that Hamersley and RR and we could be looking at 50c+.
