Yes, the deal is subject to all the necessary approvals, but that's completely normal and expected.
I'm sure that the management will be working their butts off to shorten the due diligence period and get all the approvals as quick as possible.
What a great opportunity for Legacy and us, the shareholders.
As for the price, I wouldn't worry at all.
NMDC will pay a hefty premium over the current SP.
