Actually, though I'm no fan of BCS, I feel that they have a point. Does anyone disagree with the suggestion that ASI has knowingly been taking on huge liabilities (i.e. acquiring part paid shares with $1 due in April) without the reasonable prospect of meeting those liabilities?
