may i make a suggestion...as silver surfer pointed out we need to get facts in chronological order...what i was going to suggest is since asic will not act upon a few disgruntled shareholders we should create a petition signed by as many holders n the $ value they have invested/lost..in ccc or other okap entities...who are not happy with managements disclosure of info and the way the company has been run...this way way asic can finally put some resource or tools to get to the answers we seek...the old sayin goes once bitten twice..shy...would not invest...in a company with management u cant trust...if we had knwn that years ago...this company would have never...existed...
