legal action against management

I have had enough of management misleading innocent shareholders. I am not only going to seek ASIC's services, but will be consulting legal advice for management's breach of director's duties.

I encourage any shareholder (past or present) who has information to help me press charges against MSC's management to please reply to this post. It would be much more useful if you could raise your concerns with evidence to warrant such concerns (e.g. reference to announcements, emails, and other communication with MSC).
