    I'm not trying to hose it down. I think anyone who would be considering taking part should have realistic answers to the questions I have raised in my earlier post, in other words...

    1. Does it have a realistic chance of success? Why?
    2. What will it achieve for the participants?
    3. What will it do to the company if successful?

    These are probably just the start.
