i understand the grievances have been bought up with the company on several occassions ...... that's where all the smoke and mirrors began. if you can't get a straight story from the company then what chance does any joe bloggs have? zilch.

call these last few days the "we'll give you a chance to do the right thing by us and according to what was said" days :) otherwise they'll be tied up with paperwork for the next couple of years. lol
