Yes, I have heard of this and it was a complete disaster. We have also had our share of chemical/toxic spills here in Australia and demanded that new factories are built to prevent them.
I understand the fear, but am amazed that you disregard the gagging of the only MP with real understanding from the PAS. This should tell you that facts to not matter, only political leverage.
