They are illogical because as Laterarin Admit it himself is because they are fearful.FEAR comes from lack of Knowledge. Fear can be overcome by studying the scientific FACTS. As long they are fearful they will always be under Fuziah's control. As people who are fearful will never question Fuziah and ask her the tough questions that a rational and intuitive mind will ask.
