well if a legal process is involved, those risk statements are not a safe harbour from most of the allegations in the Kristal claim.
And if enough money is on the table, these risk statements might just have judicial determination too.
But that involves a lot of $$ and time.
Btw it appears that the clerk has issued the email of the summons to the plaintiff lawyer to serve to the defendants. Perhaps I am wrong but that is what Pacer seems to suggest..
