The board need to get on the front foot and address the concerns of the FDA. Many entities and individuals are carrying high losses and will be looking for payback. The increases in shorts and the proposed legal action in the USA is a reflection of the bad news and the negative pressure will continue to build in the absence of good news.
Best if those who have a financial interest in this keep an eye on the SP. It is here that the effect of the uncertainty will be played out.
