1) Breach of Disclosure
2) Non Disclosure
3) Misrepresentation
4) Collusion with Related 3rd Party"s
5) Trades between Nominee accounts will be investigated"
If there is evidence of all of the above, in your shoes, I would firstly report your evidence to ASIC and, assuming they believe investigation is warranted, let them do the hard yards, after which you could then instigate legal action based upon their findings?
