2. firstly i am an investor who has done his homework and does not see an issue with IP and the Patent granted to Spookfish. Anybody can bring legal action as it is a free country but it does not mean they have a case.. In my opinion Spookfish is free to operate on IP. . The company has outlined its disclosure in the prospectus. .Obviously the cornerstone investors have done their due diligence on the IP around this technology considering sensitivities of Nearmap. Most likely in a due diligence process a patent firm would create an opinion called a freedom to operate analysis around patent that Spookfish hold and these investors would be satisfied with freedom to operate analysis before making their investment and thats why such language was used in the prospectus that we see. That is why conservative language is used in the prospectus to urge on the side of safety and full disclosure
