legal action re dividend?

guys i wonder if there is now a real possibility of someone taking legal action over this so called "bid" delaying the dividend?

shareholders have been denied our dividend continually and one has to ask the question - who is benefiting from that?


i think its high time the Chairman made some kind of statement as to why we are being denied that dividend and who has made this possible in terms of Board votes?

the dividend is NOTHING to do with the bid.....its our money FFS

clearly this has a majority of the boards approval so if you assume AMED and Ichor voted one way, tony and henri john and shammi the other.....then how did we get to a majority?....

more broadly, and to be frank, this is descending into a total farce and has the potential to damage the long term reputation of the company and therefore our investment should this non-existent bid ever appear and fail.

I want to hear from the company NOW about what is really going on!
