Agree on most fronts, the one where we have some trouble is the $70m number, that's an instant capital raise event if it happens, with current market price that's a ridiculous amount of dilution. I will be bloody excited if we win though, sooooo much cash available to reward shareholders one way or another and enough franking credits to last a lifetime. IMO it would be comfortable for CCV to pay a fully franked special dividend of 5c per share, or buy a chunk of the company's shares back, either way if we were to win the case if this doesn't get to 40c within 3 months of the new I would be absolutely shocked.
