Thats correct - I posted the original $70m estimate but as I noted then it was just a crude estimate based on the number of claimants. That said, I made my first purchase of CCV a couple of days ago - even if they lost the case and it cost $70m, they could do a capital raise at 12c for $45m (they stated in their last results that they have $25m of spare cash) and the stock would still have a P/E of less than 8x. And if they actually win (or it costs a lot less) the sp should skyrocket.
