I am in a completely identical position as you. I too hard an order sit at 15.0c only to drop it as it came close to 10.0c and now watching it go back up again. As well i'm completely stumped as to whether to buy in using my head and logic and everything I've researched and thought through, or do I keep waiting.

At some point i'll have to make a decision. That said, the difference in orders between filling at 17.0c and 10.0c is quite significant, however the difference between 17.0c and 14.0c isn't overall that much in the grand scheme of things. ergh just not sure either!
