Good luck getting the Japanese to stop fishing and eating tuna.
It's like someone trying to tell Aussies they can't drink beer anymore so ingrained into the culture as it is.
It'll never happen.
In the long-term if CSS can make the SBT program work then they'll hit the jackpot, but even if they don't the Kingfish business looks good enough on its own to justify an investment in the company.
As Asia ex-Japan continues to modernise and as more and more people there become wealthier and their tastes become more sophisticated the demand for such delicacies as sushi and sashimi will increase and if CSS has both SBT and Kingfish then they've got both bases covered.
I continue to watch from the sidelines, but if any money becomes available in the second half of the year then I'll be sorely tempted to take a position in CSS given how the company seems to be getting its ducks in a row.
