Brucem I can only speak for myself and several others that were recently attacked by that flu (hospitalised a couple I know of) that was attacking the throat (could hardly eat or swallow) and chest/head. I gargled just three times in the first two days of sickness and the throat was fixed and I was very much better. The bugs seemed to be breeding and accumulating in my throat and as soon as I had gargled with the BIO A it wiped them out vat the source. If it doesn't do the same for you it could mean there is a different problem like mild tonsilitus or something. Go see someone for a diagnosis if it isn't getting better. For me , as soon as I started the gargle with the contents of a cap it smashed the disease really fast. That is my and a few of my friend's experience with the bio A.
