I don't know enough about the law, other than to say he has clearly defamed SLA with harmful intent.
I think HC could only be sued if they knew his posts were defamatory and let him continue unabated. It would certainly be hard for them to know his comments were defamatory.
But, I think you probably are right in the end. Just ban him.
