The minister has all the power.
You cant argue about the legislation, because the minister has the power to pretty much do what they want.

So will be a pretty tough argument in the current court.
To prove a ministers actions are wrong or to have a ministers actions over ruled is tough.

A bit like getting caught for speeding, and going to the local police station to argue your case.
You won't get off...
You might have a valid argument but you won't win it at the cop shop.
