    It was only a first directions hearing. Like most legal proceedings, it will most likely be protracted.

    I haven't read any of the updates, but if a company is involved in legal proceedings, it is material, thus the market is required to be informed.

    Even if they put it in the quarterly, something should've been stated a lot earlier.
