    Ariba/others: Please do not forget that AGS is an Australian miner whilst Q is an American company, i.e. a kind of a "guest" in Australia... IF AGS musters the help of the SA government officials to "lean a bit" onto Q, this alone should do the trick to avoid unnecessary legal action. (And the SA government wants to see those jobs created as well...) All JIMHO, of course.
