If you are to believe mr christian, the high court has asked the AT for a legal opinion, and apparently the govt of the day sides with no individual person.
Although its interesting that palmer sited as one of his reasons for the need to get into WA, was to have a personal meeting with one cormman.
The interesting point on this IMO, is that the Premier of WA, is acting on legal advice.
Which apparently says ," you can't pick and choose which state or territory, you will allow in ,in a pandemic scenario, it's all or none "
I heard mr christian laugh at this on 6pr the other day, and he spoke of common sense, in which those states and territories which had low level covid cases should be allowed into WA, now that's funny talking about commonsense coming from the legal fraternity.
