The placement by the Board has taken care of the legal expenses!
If the silks convert their options (albeit as late as 2010), there is still $6M to pay (less their $200K @ the issue price of $0.005) ... if I read it correctly, and one would have to believe that they are working on them being worth a lot more than that.
We live in interesting times. Monday could be exciting.
