i think CHM is worth a risk. A very reputable law firm is taking the case. ofcourse MMX are going to deny the claims. Some critics have argued that they have no case. but on the other hand, why would a law firm of that calibre take on this case if they didnt think they could win. it has definately created a few waves in the MMX share price.
i might buy CHM on monday. i expect them to go up on monday. but we shall see.
