It appears the legal matter with BHP remains unresolved 12 months on.
I wonder if there is any indication of when this is likely to be resolved as at the moment it is a rather large contingency the management appear to be ignoring by not recognising it in their accounts.
Once again BHP don't dismiss contractors from site lightly so I would expect them to have good reason to march VDM off site.
It's not a good look being sued by one of the worlds biggest miners, especially when VDM themselves are trying to promote themselves based on their Australian experiences.
I would expect management would be wanting to resolve this a lot faster.
