You left out a key sentence which was immediately below what your lifted from the report:
”Ongoing judicial proceedings by LYC adds an element of ownership uncertainty for LIN but we see it as a very minor risk. It would require the Court to overturn a previous decision thereby implying the (then) Minister’s actions were lawful and constitutional. LYC has written the asset to nil.”
always good to provide the right context glory. Also, note none of this history is in the ‘Investment Risks’ section of the report so they hardly see it as meaningful, it’s just giving a history of the legal issues
