Boysy1 - your comments that the farmin party has walked away are pure speculation by you without any facts to back it up.
The only fact(s) we have (and can rely on) are what's been written in the Annual Report (- I don't think the directors would be foolish enough to mislead the market about the farmin deal). I would rather hang my hat on the Annual Report than on your gut feel or trading position with KIK.
Just relax a bit, and be patient for the farmin agreement.
