I got little idea how this works. I have never had personal involvement in litigation or with a company that has gone through the process.

But this clause is comical

"If you are a shareholder who purchased Unilife securities... to ask the Court to appoint you as Lead Plaintiff for the class"

That tells me they are lodging paperwork and the thing doesnt even have a lead plaintiff. Seems pretty black and white that this is just white noise.
