It gets even more ridiculous when you consider that Sanofi signed after the accusations were made so one of the biggest pharmas in the world was prepared to take sus syringes.

AS would seem to be usual with legal matters everywhere but it seems particularly in the USA it probbaly has the ability to drag on for years . It makes you wonder if it would of been better to pay the fo away money including the proportion that the accusser wanted in shares as part of his compensation for being sacked
