I know that Maronan Metal's price is suppressed and manipulated and this is way I have decided to deal with it.
This is the 2nd letter from my lawyer to the Maronan executives. The purpose of these questions is to determine who aggressively sold Maronan shares and who actually are Maronan's shareholders.
This is open to anyone in any company to try something similar. Preliminary discovery is to prevent manipulation from continuing and to ensure maximum returns for minority shareholders. Not a cheap takeover to a bigger company.
