    Chris your sounding confident using words like "end game". There are to many permutations left from here IMO. Settlement, sale of interest, win, win plus appeal, loss, loss plus appeal. Let's hope for the best. Looks like some immediate profit taking coming in. You'd wonder why. Its like taking your $1 betting slip from the races and selling it to your friend for $1.10 before the race is run.
