I'd add, AGS & Quasar Resources have never come to blows in their two main legal battles. One or the other has blinked & as I've posted before, most commercial disputes seem to be settled prior to trial.
As to today's weakness, I think they'll always be some punters happy to take profits where available on a placement. And as a general rule, I think that's a sound risk-management strategy. In this instance though, I'm hanging on to mine (for the time being) as, in my opinion, I think AGS's ever growing stockpile amply backs the current share price & upside risk is substantial.
Having said that, if AGS management were confident of victory, I would have thought a sounder strategy would have been not to place the shortfall. I believe they had enough funds to get through the case.
AGS remains a headscratcher.
