Remember the M&D C Matter and how H/Q stretched out the timespan knowing they had AGS covered!

Fast forward to now, H/Q know AGS's Cash position and they have made an offer of 37m plus the value of the produced Uranium to date.

If they have this latest Court action covered and milk every cent they can from AGS with the Court Action then there wont be a 37m offer made again. imo

AGS will be stranded with no Cash imo.

This latest Court Action is a high stakes game and I hope we come out on top else, well I don't want to think about it.

The Directors had better have it right this time. imo
