Exactly what I'm thinking. Not sure if it'll actually go through or not, or just their to spook the buyers into pulling their orders above 7c. Anyway, if it is real, looks like I'll pick up another 100k for 7 grand. In the nightmare scenario that we end up getting out of Four Mile for $40 million, I should still end up almost 40% up on that parcel.
