I haven't been reading all the posts lately, so I am sorry if this has been discussed to death. Has there been any discussion on why the trial date was extended? I seem to remember somebody saying when the original trial date was set, Q complained that it didn't give them enough time to prepare but the judge said it was plenty of time. Two months later the trial gets pushed back because Q need more time to prepare. That seems very odd to me. Did the complexity of the trial change? If so, how and why?
