we don't know Richard why it was put back - AGS have said Q asked for it to be put back, however I did read somewhere that it was delayed due to AGS not having all f their figures ready. Figures relating to if they are successful, what compensation they would be claining - ie through their agent not selling when instructed to, this has meant AGS didn't have cash to then pay for the costs of Q and therefore they forego equity in the project from 25% down to 15%. I think they are calculating the damages as a result of this, and then this can be argued at the trial as well.
