Thanks for your efforts. It would be interesting to get hold of the directors statements/affidavits to the court as a start. You'd think if you are allowed to copy them they should be public documents. You might want to check first. They might also charge quite a lot per page for the copies as well.

Is there anyone in Adelaide that could get the copies from the court? I think if I had a couple of hours with all the documents it wouldn't be hard to see where things stand.
