i have spoken to a lot of people recently with a great deal of experience in finance and law etc and the message i keep getting is that even though others have opinions etc the best and most effective arguments will come from a lawyer in the courtroom and this is why there maybe a very high probability this action will not make it to court. it looks like quasar is the party that will most likely determine whether this ends up in the courtroom. they have a lot to lose.

i also have a theory. itochu is playing a bigger role in this than what is being made public. thank you itochu. maybe. lmao
