AGS had a 25% Share in Four Mile and now has a reduction process in place. A ridiculous situation. imo

But what is the meaning of your remark "they(Quasar) have a lot to lose".

Lets say AGS gets sales rights and the percentage return to 25%?? with the reduction process negated??. That's not a lot to lose from the original JVA. for Quasar imo AGS are getting back to what they started with.! (plus sales rights??). A lot to lose for Quasar, I doubt it.

But AGS lose and the BBros are laughing all the way to the bank. imo

I believe theres only one way to negotiate with the BBros and that is, win 'inside' the Court. imo

Again, tell what you mean when you post "they have a lot to lose".
